President Nick Peay of The Texas Cotton Association, cordially invites you to join us at the annual FLOW/MARKETING MEETING to be held on September 20 & 21, 2022, at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center in Lubbock, Texas! This annual meeting is primarily designed to encourage discussion among cotton industry stakeholders involved in the movement of Texas Cotton. Since 1973, the Flow/Marketing Meeting has proven to be the right time and place to communicate and resolve problematic flow specific issues prior to harvest.  

The Texas Cotton Association will kick off the annual TEXAS COTTON FLOW RECEPTION from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Overton Hotel in Sunset Ballroom AB on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. This is the largest industry networking event of the season where cotton transportation is the theme! Connect at this can't miss social and business opportunity! 

SEATED BREAKFAST FLOW MEETING will be held in Sunset AB, on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, featuring speakers addressing issues pertinent to our members and a moderated Flow Panel of experts. Breakfast program will begin at 8:00 a.m and we expect to adjourn around noon or later. A tentative agenda has been published under Flow Meeting 2022 in the header of our website. The program will accommodate questions from the floor and invite the audience to provide input. It is imperative that ALL stakeholders participate so that the entire cotton industry will benefit from these talks and perfect the movement of our cotton to its final destination. FLOW MEETING HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS for the nights of September 19, 20 & 21, 2022, may be made by calling the OVERTON HOTEL toll free at 806.776.7000, requesting a room in the 2022 Texas Cotton Association - FLOW meeting block, for a special rate of $130+tax for a single or double, accommodations. You may book your room in our block online by clicking Online Hotel Reservations and the TCA discounted room rate page will appear! The Texas Independent Ginners Association (TIGA) is hosting a GOLF Tournament to benefit the TIGA Scholarship, on Monday, September 19, 2022, at Lakeridge Golf Club in Lubbock, with a Shot-Gun start at 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. Calling ALL cotton producers, ginners, merchants, warehousemen, suppliers and service providers! The format will include a 4-person Scramble and includes green fees, cart and lunch for $125/per golfer.
