Moody Compress and Warehouse Company plans on resuming operations for handling regular cotton at the following warehouse on or before October 17:

Warehouse Code 858056 � Plant 5

Moody Compress also plans on resuming operations for handling regular cotton at the following warehouse on or before October 24:

Warehouse Code 858054
Moody is awaiting approval from CCC and I.C.E. to resume handling loan and certificated cotton at the above locations.

A reminder to the industry, Moody Compress� location at Warehouse Code 858056 �
the Pier 9 location- has resumed operations on handling regular cotton already. In addition, Moody�s location in Houston, Warehouse Code 858057, has been operational all along for handling regular, loan and certificated cotton.

Future Notices to the Trade will be issued as progress continues and please don�t hesitate contacting Moody Compress with any questions.

resumed operations for handling regular cotton at the
following warehouse :

Warehouse Code 858056 - Pier 9 Location

Moody is awaiting approval from CCC and ICE to
resume handling loan and certificated cotton. ICE may
meet as soon as 10/8/08 to approve handling of
certificated cotton out of this warehouse. As progress
continues, other notices will be issued. Please don't

Below is the the preliminary damaged tag list
from Moody Compress. More bales will be added as
additional damaged cotton is found.
