FLOW MEETING HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS may be made by calling the OVERTON HOTEL toll free 888.776.7001, requesting a room in the Texas Cotton Association - FLOW meeting block, for a special rate of $129+tax for a single or double accommodations. You may also book your room online by clicking Online Hotel Reservations and the TCA page will appear! We have contracted rooms for the nights of September 10th through September 16th. We have secured a couple of rooms for $275+tax per night (Friday and Saturday stay required and 3 week cancellation) for those of you wanting to stay over for the COTTON GAME. Friday and Saturday night stays are required. Please let me know if there are any takers! This is the very best rate available at the Overton during the football season on home game weekends. We will release these rooms to the hotel on August 15th if we have not received your request to stay. In order to be assured of the reduced TCA special meeting rate during the Flow activities, you must act no later than the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2018, before any remaining rooms in our block are cancelled and returned to the hotel for general sales. This is a BUSY week in Lubbock and rooms go fast! In making your plans, please also note that hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.
